The holidays are just days. Most people struggle because they give themselves permission to be gluttonous. I am sure that is not was the intention of Jesus. Happy holidays  

Wow, yoganosis, that's pretty strong. So, overeating and gluttony are now synonymous? How about a little encouragement? Everyone is different and handle the holidays differently. Here is to a great start to the new year!  

There is no struggle in a bit of overeating or even some healthy weight gain. I referred to those who Use holidays as an excuse to sabotage themselves and their efforts. Happy holidays to all

and some truth! change is hard and facing the facts is always not easy.

It doesn't mean you haven't changed just because the holidays came around and you ate more. Most of the weight will come off very quickly. We get back to normal and once again concentrate on being healthy and having a healthy weight. That is what matters.  

I feel your pain. 

I have been watching old episodes of The Biggest Loser for inspiration to tackle tough workouts. I saw the holidays as a BL Challenge and refused to participate. But, whether we partook or didn't, it's not the end of the world. Persistence pays off. We've got this!
