Yay. Bisa turun sedekit. Setelah makan malam tidak makan lagi dan minim 1 liter air aja sampai 3 hari begitu.

Biasa pagi dan siang saya baik. Makan sedekit aja. Tapi malam Susa.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ibu mertua tadi ke Umroh dan kemarin ada Arisan. Banyak makan di sana. Susah ukur berapa calorie tapi pasti lewat banyak.
