Haven’t been consistent in logging my food diary.
Short on sleep.
Stressed.
Mother’s coming to visit.
Yikes!
Serenity now! 😂😂😂😂
173.1 lb Lost so far: 29.3 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
