Yaaass!! Had a couple up-and-down weeks, but overall been doing well. This week has been solid and I’ve been listening to my body and getting more sleep, staying hydrated and not cheating on snacks. Doing great & feeling great! 🙏🏼🔥🤘🏼
193.2 lb Lost so far: 46.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
