The past few days were spent out of town, for a wedding, funeral, and birthday party. I didn't attempt to log food, overal calories weren't terrible, I'd guess maybe 1500 total more taken in then expended? But too many carbs and the scale shows it at 215.6lbs. Friday we're celebrating my wife's birthday at a very nice Italian/Seafood place that opened recently. I'll be cutting calories/carbs until then to try and get this bloat off.
215.6 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow - that's a lot of food heavy gatherings all at once. I'm sure the bloat will disappear.
