Cool; my weigh in was good despite a sodium-laden dinner last night!
129.2 lb Lost so far: 72.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

WOW - great for you! I had a carb-laden and high sodium day yesterday too! I stayed off the scale though...I can feel I am up about two pounds! LOL
