Still doing great after Thanksgiving! Had my first positive calorie day in a month yesterday. Felt strangely free and positive bhaha 👌🤩😂
197.5 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
