back from a slight increase (salt?) while traveling.
Still hoping for 145. Hard to get there with lots of work travel.
147.6 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Travel is the answer... salt is required and more than what we believe. You doing well. I just did 30 days in Portugal and coming back with a shocker. But that is life and we all just get back into wellness and happy living.
