Back in the saddle. wish the weather would clear up so I could go hiking.
Been having alot of smoothies with the new Blendtec. I love this thing! Spinach, banana, orange smoothie & spinach, pineapple, avocado smoothies rock!Add a little water & ice for moisture & it doesn't get any better than that!
211.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
