Today was end our group's weight loss challenge that started April 1. Even though i gained this week, i am 12 pounds closer to a healthier me and even though our friendly competition is over, my more mindful eating continues.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
