The morning after fasting and sleeping well.

I know that this is not my true weight, my weight here fluctuates so much because I choose to document it as frequently as possible and to see the min and max weight I have at any given time.

My actual weight should now be somewhere near 55-56
117.7 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
