Have been MIA as of late. So much going on. Working on a plan to get back at it with work. Also—been extremely tired and chose sleep over 4 am work outs. Good choice ? Dunno yet. Went to the gym last night—was AMAZING! Changing it up and going in the evening. Maybe that’s what’s helping me sleep. Dunno. Missed you guys ❤️
192.2 lb Lost so far: 107.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Missed you as well. I have heard that evening workouts are better for women. So, could be a win-win, workout-sleep!
