Took a quick trip to visit dad. Ate out, which is never a good thing for me. But I ate 2 meals a day, and had a treat of Cheese, Apple, and a cider each evening. Static weight. That's success to me. :)
197.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
