Just came home and felt waaay better—weighed and this occurred. CTD your scale isn’t the only one playing mind f@ckery. Anyways feel better this afternoon. Got some meds on board. Will hit the gym BIG TIME tomorrow ❤️💪
193.4 lb Lost so far: 106.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
