-20 Another morning where the seat cushions won't cush. :( Was thinking of doing OMAD today, but I'm feeling a little heady. It might have to wait until tomorrow, when I can stay in by the wood stove.

195.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 5.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

High today supposed to be 74 and raining here in Phoenix. We are in the green for Drought conditions for the first time in something like 20+ years

Actually, I'm in b.c. Canada, about 4 hours from the Alaska Panhandle. I'm finally driving too and from work in the daylight. Just about time change, so I'll be driving to work in the dark again for a few days, but the light until 11:30 days are on their way.i can hardly wait.
