Post fast. I think I'm okay with this. Pretty sure the creatine has bumped me a touch. I'll give it another week and see where I am.
191.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Alnona. Creatine is the most studied supplement, and has almost no downside. CB. 10 mg per day, lean mass about 170 pounds.

Right on. I'm about the same maybe 12-15g on lifting days. Around 190 lbm. Just keep taking it.. Never get off it.
