Hitting the 6 week mark is magic for me, I notice significant body changes, strength, and weight drops. I’ve lost 1 solid inch on my waist and my gf notices definition in my chest. I’m feeling great and positive about my progress!
201.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
