I'm finding that keeping my blue to red spread at 2 pounds makes me more aware of weight during maintenance. -30 here. Not as bad as some places. Stay warm, friends.
191.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
