The body composition scale is difficult to use. In the morning when I wake up my weight is the lowest but this is because of low water content. This water comes out of the muscles so the muscle weight is reduced. So the Percentage body fat is higher. Yesterday body fat was 23% before breakfast, 20% at lunch time and 19% after dinner. I am not sure how to know what’s right.
188.9 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
