BB is up a bit. Been in the gym a lot but eating too much too. I think dehydrated today so actually more like 86.6. With going to the gym 3 times a week my weight goes up and down a lot more than before.
188.7 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 1.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
