It doesn’t truly reflect on the scale this am but I feel great! No bloat and actually slept 😎
217.0 lb Lost so far: 83.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When the scale doesn't reflect how I feel...I count Non Scale Victories. Usually, those are more than enough to change my feelings around being stalled...Posting here helps too. Thanks so much. You are inspiring.

I agree with Judyrose1997. There is so much more to changing to a healthy lifestyle/weight besides the scale.
