Why are you frustrated? Cause of the .8 oz gain?

Hang in there. I do not see anything wrong with your diet. Sometimes the body just goes where it goes. Stress can be a factor. Did you do a bloodtest with your doctor? Your thyroid meds have probably not kicked in yet

Stress doesn’t help weight loss! Is this a daily, weekly or monthly weigh in? Did you drink enough water this week? If it’s been going up daily then a good hard look at your intake and activity needs to be taken. If this is weekly or monthly or the first daily gain then don’t sweat it. Or perhaps get out, workout and sweat it out 😉. Were your calories really high for the week? Are you working out? Lifting weights? Did you have a lot of or more sodium than usual? Have you gotten enough sleep and been able to relax? MANY things can contribute to a gain like this.

Try not to be frustrated with yourself. Your body will fluctuate up to 5lbs. Take the number and put it past you. Focus on how you feel and stay on track. If you feel it’s calorie related then track more. Stay strong

you have been drinking liquids so try not to be upset about the scale. eating correctly and drinking lots will eventually level everything out

[hugs] Let's move forward from here and change just one little thing to see how the next few days might look, okay?

I hate seeing people be so hard on themselves for a # or less. Water, digestive scheduling, hormone cycles... all easily could be it too. If you feel like you've been making poor food choices just promise yourself to hop back on the band wagon. Don't be so hard on yourself. The added stress will only work against you.

That stress can have all kinds of effects - I hope your life can get easier so you can lower your stress level. You have done such a great job and you can continue!

Good idea @371to184! Sometimes when life gets stressful, it's just one day at a time and baby steps.

I was just frustrated becasue I am just a control freak when it comes to not being able to figure out what the problem is. And I was very upset with myself for leaning way to hard on products helping me with going #2. At the end of the day you ladies and gents are right. I was having a momentary freak out. Today I’m down after the whoosh—I panicked becasue I felt fat and horrible like before. My brain hasn’t acknowledged how much wt I’ve lost. I still feel like an”fat girl”.
