Klo yg ngegym bisa lihat komposisi tubuh ya.kira2 bb stuck/naik tuh apanya yg naik.sp tau yg naik massa ototnya sebab otot itu berat lo dri pada lemak dan tulang itu sifatnya padat.

Saya RDI 2300 untuk turun badan cepat. Saya makan rata rata 1800 tapi stabil. Jadi saya ganti data saya, tinggi 187 turun 183, munkin bisa bantu. Dari itu RDI turun ke 2200. Tapi saya masih di bawa itu banyak. Mungkin angin di tempat saya ada telalu banyak kalori. 😋
