Kemarin malam makan sama teman korean BBQ. Tak tahu berapa kalori tapi pasti lewat. Jalan jalan jauh hari ini untuk bantu makan itu hilang. Enak sekali makan itu. Hari ini makan malam 3 piji bebek goreng aja. Saya cek konsumsi kalori saya rendah jadi saya bisa makan satu Snickers.
