Argggg I hate the scale. I’ve been perfect with my macros for 10 days, but sometimes it swings up anyway. I know it’s just water retention. I know it’s not anything to worry about. But I still do. Stupid scale.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
