Ah, the new scale needs to be seated in its new position when I move it (I have a small bathroom). Now it shows a weight loss consistently.
I am sore from Zumba yesterday; the instructor encouraged us to do our best and I totally did. Later in the day I did 15 minutes on my exercise bike, a program where you go up some steep hills. I'll take it easy on the squats & lunges in my exercise class today!
Another hot one today. I'm making black bean soup & a summer fruit cobbler for dinner, so I'm as always thankful for AC. Not to mention the fresh peaches and blueberries for the cobbler. Or should I use the cherries? :o)

Hmmm - yummy, I vote for peaches and blueberries! What new scale did you get? I have a newer one but I have to fool around with the feet on the bottom all the time to get it balanced so the weight comes up the same a couple times in a row. Irritating...

I got the Weight Watchers scale; pretty cool all the stuff it measures.

HEY - Holy Cow - I think I was distracted by the cobler and missed the fantastic weigh-in!!! WOW - 4.8 pounds to go WooHoo!
|
Thank you! I said a few WOO HOOs myself!!
The cobbler (actually a crisp; I had the name wrong) was delicious. I was a cup short on peackes so I added a cup of sweet cherries as well as the blueberries; major YUM factor. My black bean soup was good too, pretty spicy. I think I'll use mils Rotel next time.
