Scale weight is not from my scale, but I'll take it. Fast levels may be up a bit, but I'm on holidays, which involved ice cream birthday cake. :)

189.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
