Not going to weigh in today. Have decided to wait and do it once every 2 weeks instead of eveey week. It seems like I get less discouraged this way. Sometimes it takes two weeks for a 'whoosh' to happen and that mid-cycle weigh-in between 'whooshes' upsets me when the scale either doesn't move or worse, goes up a little. Soooo, what I don't know doesn't upset me. I'll just put Mr Scale in the closet until next Monday.
193.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 43.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Today, I created a spreadsheet. I found that even when following my macros, I am up 30% of the time. I did this because I wanted to know how many days I was up because once I'm up it often takes 3 to 5 days to get back down to where I was and I get frustrated and discouraged. Seeing the graph, reinforces that I'm on the right track even with the ups which frustrate me because I don't think they are fair 😳 (even though I know there is nothing fair about losing weight).
