最近實在太忙了,所以要改成週記了。不過我會持續追蹤大家的動態哦!
我每天都吃一模一樣的餐點,因此也沒什麼好記錄的。

I've been so occupied recently so I'll start recording my journal on a weekly basis. However, I will still be keeping track of you guys! Furthermore, I find it pointless to record my diet when I eat the same thing every single day.
192.9 lb Lost so far: 71.7 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

每天吃一樣的不會膩嗎? 覺得你白天吃的很少,但晚餐很豐盛,吃了半隻雞很有飽足感吧 可以好滿足的睡覺了
