居然可以游兩個小時的泳😱😱 我游一個小時就不行了⋯⋯

@青春痘,希望這個月可以加速一點,讓我趕上夏天的尾巴 @swz1019,其實我不(太)會游泳啦~ 真正的運動量是: 間歇游600公尺、在水裡走1200公尺 在水裡跳走1200公尺 總共花了快3小時 (含烤箱) 不知道怎麼記錄,所以寫游泳2小時… 聽說游泳對撫平肥胖紋有效,所以今天就決定去了。

👍👍👍, 每次看到里昂的進度,都覺得里昂超有毅力的,而且里昂的運動強度一直在增強中,厲害👍 我不會游泳,哈哈怕水的狀況改善不了😭,所以學很久也學不會。 衝啊,里昂,加油💪💪

我可以吃 韓國的 無骨 烤頂雞(超好吃) 一整份,店員說一份是一隻雞,可能瘦小的😅,但是那一份是2人份~~

韓國的那個不是春雞嗎?都小小一隻,我覺得那個應該是一隻才一人份才對。應該是韓國肉貴,大家不會點很多來吃,所以一隻標榜二人份,有fu就好。
