Well, I "estimated" my weight yesterday when I had to record a number. It was too scary to actually step on the scale, something I haven't done in a long time. I bit the bullet this morning... not happy with the results. But it still starts with a 1 and I'm going to keep it that way.
199.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
