I was bad yesterday I enjoyed cherries lots and lots of cherries, chips and a sandwich with my kids while we watched our local Fireworks show! Not sure if this is real weight I gained over night or just water retention. Back to my Low Carb eating today let's see what the scale shows tomorrow!
267.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 107.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
