Yeah! I'll take that two pound drop. Even after doing my first of the month planned cheat on the 1st of each month. We went to Golden Corral last night and even though 99% of my meal was on track I did do my planned cheat of a small piece of cheesecake, but it was so darn sweet I couldn't finish it. I still stsyed to my daily calorie allowance. There was a time I would have actually gone back for seconds on evertthing ALSO eaten a few of their 'no sugar' chocolate cookies too. This looking up details before eating it is a big eye opener.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
