Weight dropped slightly, felt good to step on the scale and know it would be lower then 2 days ago. I commit to weighing myself every second day.
197.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I can't help but check almost every day but I just record my weigh ins on Wednesday and Sunday.
