你好,你真的很努力。一開始是發現短時間能快速瘦身的人不多耶,然後剛剛從以前的飲食記錄跟數據一路看下來,覺得你進步好多!減脂增肌是大部分人的目標,持續下去,明年的這時候再回頭看這些路,一定沒白走。
