午餐:60公克加鹽混合堅果、1杯蔬菜棒、1大匙千島醬、1份豆干、2顆滷蛋
晚餐:100克炸雞、1份沙拉佐和風醬
運動:健走(6公里/1小時)、卷腹(200下)、滾輪(15x10下)、伏地挺身(50x3下)
心得:到底是為什麼呢?算了,繼續努力!

Water intake: 3000ml
Protein: 99 grams
Breakfast: 1 chicken salad with oil vinegar dressing; 1 slice bacon; 1 fried egg; 1 cup unsweetened soymilk
Lunch: 60 grams salted mixed nuts; 1 cup vegetable sticks; 1 tablespoon thousand island dressing; 1 cup unsweetened soymilk
Dinner: 100 roast chicken; 1 cup broccoli; 1 cup cauliflower; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 1 cup unsweetened soymilk
Exercise: walk (3.7 miles/1 hour); crunches (200 reps); ab rollouts (15 x 10 reps); push-ups (3 x 50 reps)
Thought: Why oh why? Forget about it and keep going!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 59.5 lb.    Still to go: 50.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

其實不同的體重計也會有一些落差 每天上上下下很正常 有時沒有失控 多了一些 也不用太在意 (說不在意 自己還是會兩台體重計重覆量好幾次確認 哈哈)
