心得:實在累得人仰馬翻,不過我會加油的。

Thought: I felt so drained this week, but I will carry on.

Thank you. The chicken and pork were actually ready-made. I was so busy this week that I got no time to cook. I don't know whether it's because I'm trying to find excuses or I was truly dog-tired. XD Hope I can find some time to cook next. All the best, my wonderful friend.

@jengetfit123, thank you. I'll get enough sleep and free myself from those self-imposed "obligations". It's good to complete those workout sessions but it's not so nice to force myself. I hope you enjoy your weekend too.

是今天的照裡面比較多,前一天幾乎是蔬菜只有兩片肉我都懷疑要是吃這個量配那個運動量我撐得住撐不住!

對啊 我跟chenxxxcccc的感覺一樣乀 但其實量也還不少 但比起上個月滿滿的肉好像有變少

我現在這個app建議我一天卡洛里是1400大卡,可是我記得上次@leon說他要把他每天的攝取熱量降至1400~1500那不就跟我差不多,會覺得很撐是因為把胃縮小了!
