Nidoqueen's Journal, 14 May 2018

Hope everyone had a great Mother's Day. Mine was fantastic. Spent bits of the day with my parents, my kids, and all four of my grandkids. My youngest and his wife came to the house and cooked a delicious dinner for us all, keeping Mom's diet in mind. We had chicken on the grill, broccoli, summer squash, and sliced tomatoes. Yummy!

Oh, and when I started this diet 10+ weeks ago, my average blood sugar level, first thing in the morning, was around 286.
This morning's reading: 76
90 day average on my meter: 101
Can't WAIT to go back to the Doctor in June :-)
213.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 68.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Love your post. You are awesome! You have a wonderful mindset and 80 lbs gone is a testament to your determination. We all have down days and must be mentally strong to get through them. You are doing that! Kudos to you!
