運動:健走(3公里/30分鐘)、慢跑(4.5公里/30分鐘)、卷腹(150下)、滾輪(10x7下)、伏地挺身(40x2下)
心得:我覺得我真的很常做夢,今天夢到自己在趕飛機。

Breakfast: 1 salad with oil vinegar dressing; 1 baked chicken breast
Lunch: 1 baked chicken breast; 1 cup vegetables; 7 clams
Dinner: 1 cup vegetables; 1 edamame; 2 white bamboo shoots; 2 tbsp butter
Exercise: walk (1.8 miles/30 minutes); jogging (2.7 mile/30 minute); crunches (150 reps); ab rollouts (7 x 10 reps); push-ups (2 x 40 reps)
Thought: I consider myself to dream rather frequently. This morning, I dreamed I was trying to catch a flight.
213.4 lb Lost so far: 51.1 lb.    Still to go: 59.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@smprowett, thanks. I feel more at ease jogging now. I used to pant like a dog but have gradually know how to regulate my breath.
