晚餐:8隻蝦子、1盎司魷魚、200公克豬肉、0.5條蒸魚、1杯高麗菜、8顆蛤蜊、1條龍蝦
運動:健走(6.5公里/1小時)
心得:以前吃大餐是件很開心的事,現在卻令人沮喪,但這是家族聚會…

Breakfast: 1 salad with oil vinegar dressing; 1 cup coffee
Lunch: 150 grams baked beef; 1 egg omelette; 0.5 cups spinach; 0.5 cups eggplant; 1 tbsp butter
Dinner: 8 shrimps; 1 ounce squid; 200 grams pork; 0.5 fillets steamed fish; 1 cup cabbage; 8 clams; 1 lobster
Exercise: walk (4.0 miles/1 hour)
Thought: What I used to take delight in has now become my biggest dread, but this is a family dinner so...
217.2 lb Lost so far: 47.4 lb.    Still to go: 62.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@rubytzeng,但我真的不想吃大餐。 只是拒絕家人又怕傷和氣。 只能眼睜睜看著他們笑瞇瞇地夾菜給我。 心裡卻像看到列車即將脫軌的瞬間。

@卡斯威爾,哈哈,原本想順勢而為繼續瘦下去。 上班時接到電話問有沒有空。 以為家人住院還是出意外 馬上就說有 結果竟是要吃飯。 早知道就說要加班…

放心,不會脫軌的,這些菜用蒸的也沒過多調味,有時候不是吃得少就是對的,吃得健康就算吃得多也比過多調味吃得少來得好!說實話,我覺得這次的大餐比前陣子你po的晚餐品質還好👍。 熱量雖然重要,但不是只看熱量,營養成分、烹調方式、鈉含量...也都很重要,整體上這餐不用擔心。然後體脂不用每天量,拉長時間量一次,看長期的變化比較準,因為一天中的水量、進食等因素都會影響到體脂率數字,所以別氣餒,有努力就有收穫!

@LSG417, thanks for the reminder. I've just realised that I've long been ignoring my family. And that dinner last night was a good chance to communicate thoughts and enhance our relationship. 😀

吃的滿健康也沒有很過量啊! 體重增加應該是之前拉肚子的水分逐漸補回
