Well after my 40th birthday weekend and eating way more than I should have, i will take a no gain or loss😁. I had my cake and ate it as well, and it was delicious. My wife and kids bought me a new bicycle, so now I can ride.

234.5 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
