運動:健走(3公里/30分鐘)、卷腹(50下/5分鐘)、滾輪(10x5下/5分鐘)、伏地挺身(30x2下/3分鐘)
心得:利用假日的時光學了整理資料的好方法,覺得很充實。現代生活真輕鬆,不僅要打掃家裡,電腦也必須定期清理。

Lunch: 1 serving of salad with ceasar dressing; 1 roast chicken thigh
Dinner: 2 baked chicken thighs; 1 cup of buttered green beans with mushrooms; 1 egg
Exercise: walk (1.8 miles/30 minutes); crunches (50/5 minutes); abs roller (10x5/5 minutes); push-ups (30x2/3 minutes)
Journal: I felt enriched to spend my weekend learning some useful file management techniques. Modern life is easy. Not only do you have to declutter the house, but also the computer.
227.1 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 72.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

WELL...I'm paying for it to today! I got a red arrow. However, it will turn green in a day or two. (was it was worth it-NOPE) I'm not down though. It is what it is!

@marshakanady, I think you're doing well. It's no big deal to have a slice of pizza or two. I myself had a lot of red alert foods last weekend. However, I do want to point out that gaining weight is easier than losing it. Gotta stay strong.

I noticed that water intake listing in there Leon 👵🏻 Good job 👏 for drinking your water. But you’re running about 100ml short👈🏼 and if you had any caffeine or soda you want more than that! LOL 😂 Auntie Irma Francine says drink up! LOL 😆🤪
