晚餐:2隻炸雞、1份沙拉佐和風芝麻醬、1杯零卡可樂
運動:健走(3公里/30分鐘)、卷腹(50下/5分鐘)、滾輪(10x5下/5分鐘)、伏地挺身(30x2下/3分鐘)

Weight: 230.4 lb (-0.6)
Body fat: 30.3 (-0.3)
Breakfast: 1 serving of salad with caesar dressing; 1 cup of coffee
Lunch: 1 roast chicken thigh; 1 fried egg; 0.5 cups of cabbage; 0.5 cups of pickled radish; 1 cup of coffee
Dinner: 2 fried chicken thighs; 1 serving of salad with sesame sauce; 1 glass of coke zero
Exercise: walk (1.8 miles/30 minutes); crunches (50/5 minutes); abs roller (10x5/5 minutes); push-ups (30x2/3 minutes)

Leon, you ARE getting 64 additional ounces of water a day beyond what you record here, right? Plus more for anything caffeinated you drink to help flush the caffeine from your body? 💁🏻‍♀️You also need magnesium to process the food and any toxins through your body. 🙋🏻

@smprowett, yes, I drink about 64 ounces of water everyday but I don't know I need to drink more to flush the caffeine and that I will need magnesium to process toxins. Thanks for this very helpful information.

我也蠻喜歡沙拉的,但醬料要慎選,有些搭配起來熱量多了好幾倍😆

@鄭家銘,可是我前幾天去北京時吃了超多的,一起努力吧! @gulinlin,雖然很多人都覺得M的炸雞不好吃,但我很愛。 @dorahsieh,我原本想吃別的,但昨天趕著要理髮,只好騙我自己偶一為之。 @魔力傑,是的,選擇沙拉醬時一定要看營養標示。
