Weight at the same time as every other day except yesterday is staying stable and not gaining. i have got to exercise more tonight even though I put in a full day of standing and moving. It is essential. on the other hand, I am continuing to enjoy the diet pretty much.
143.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
