Today is my first day back on my diet. . . I’m nervous but hopeful.

Athensgym, sadly you can't. They are just two of a hundred trolls I've seen on this site. The only cure is to ignore them and not fuel the negative.

I call it my journey because it has many peaks and valleys, turns and hills. I've been on/off it since December 2014 and as of last week I finally said I lost 101 lbs. So on my journey I am doing a slow walk and believe you I take many many rest stops. Welcome back from just one of your breaks.
