Today marks another pound lost. It also marks 30 days ( in a row ) at the gym and an average of 13,500 steps daily recorded on my Fitbit. I ran 3.1 miles at a 12:40 pace and walked a further 1.5 miles on a steep incline to achieve 60 minutes of aerobic exercise. I write this to remember that a few days before Christmas I could not run a tenth of a mile without losing my breath and having to slow down. I just had my annual physical and all the numbers showed marked improvements. Just 27 lbs to go!!!WooHoo! Thank you to all of you who write about your success's. You are my encouragement.

Thank you, you are all very kind. Can we agree it's not only about food? Well, at least for me it's about more! It's about respecting myself and taking back my life. I refuse to accept the current status quo. Being accepted/understood by you all is like oxygen.
