I still did not find a supplier for potato fiber although I made contact with a German company selling here in the US. I am still waiting for the sales person to contact me. I give them this week and then I will let the Germans know ... Since I can't count on being successful I kept on looking around for bread recipes. Here is a picture of the bread I made last night. Just ate some. For my taste a little bland, I guess I need to add more bread spices. Texture is great, like a whole wheat bread but not as fluffy as American bread. no wheat at all. Almons flour, psyllium husk,and flax meal. no gluten at all.
