well what a week I've had youngest daughter playing up somthing chronic with the usual I'm 16 I can do what I want u can't tell me what to do shit arguments all week and turned to my friend food to deal with it all. chocolate chocolate and more chocolate. not sure I have mental capacity to do this. I know I've gained this week just not sure which way to go. can't cope with stress.
