Day 6
Water:84 oz
20g protein 2x per day

Slept well energy good, got a lot done today.

Tried on some clothes and I was able to fit into several pieces that I could not 10 days ago. That ,eans I have more options than my yoga pants- I’m gonna miss them.
152.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.6 lb a week
