Just popped these in the fridge. Was inspired to make some nutty fat bombs! 122cal/10fat/1netcarb/1protein per square. Almond butter, crunchy p.butter, cacao, cream cheese, butter, macadamia nuts, ketobomb (I don't have any sugar substitutes)

when I was doing atkins I was always wanting to make fatbombs but never got around to them. right now I'm not on a specific diet so they would actually be detrimental. they look so good.

Xshapeshiftx i wonder if you can do a low cal/low carb Candy alternative? Do you use fake sugar?

yes, Mamamc7, I use splenda or sweetleaf (stevia) depending on my mood. I know stevia is so much better for you though, because it's natural...

I'm allergic to stevia 😩 so I have been using products with sucralose. Not happy about it but when I need sweets... gotta do whatcha gotta do!
